Mantra Chanting: Mantra is a word, phrase, or sound that is repeated several times as a tool to focus the mind. Each mantra has a unique vibrational frequency that elicits healing throughout your body. In this class, we will use gentle movement and breathing to prepare the body, then we will practice chanting simple mantras to access a coherent state of being.

Marcy Midnight is committed to empowering others with her intuitive, authentic teaching. Marcy offers artful vinyasa sequences, mantra, pranayama and spontaneous movement to unite mind, body and spirit. Her vinyasa flow classes integrate breath with movement, form and flow, and strength with deep relaxation. Through intelligent sequences, self-inquiry and metaphors she guides students through a transformational experience toward a state of peace and balance. She has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years and when not teaching she is traveling, gardening, hiking, surfing and hanging out with her family.
