Event dates: September 9-11, Friday-Sunday
Shifts are 3 hours long, but any and all help is appreciated!
Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
● Artist Ambassador
Duties range assisting artists unload their wares on Thursday to acting as booth sitters during the event and helping with load out Sunday evening.
● Event Set-Up
● Event Take-Down
Duties range from loading and unloading supplies, setting up tents, staking booth locations, cleaning up Julia Davis Park, and assisting with many different aspects of this large community event.
● Children's Art Tent Staff
Set up supplies, show kids how to do a project of their choice, clean up supplies and tables at the end of the day Saturday and pack up on Sunday.
● Accounting
: 10 -Key Staff
● Accounting: Collection Aide
Ten-key proficient individuals needed to tally sales throughout the event. Also collecting receipt books from booths during event. Need volunteers for Sunday evening for final check out of artists.
● Recycling Team
Motivated individuals or groups needed to pull, tie and stack full recycling bags and replace with clean bags. These helpers get to walk around the park and see all the activities.

Welcome
Center
Staff
Acting as the welcome committee at 3 key locations in the park, these volunteers welcome all visitors; provide Official Art in the Park Guides and sell water bottles.
