A Matter of Taste: Food for Thought

Taste is personal, and food is universal. Food is an important part of Idaho’s identity, fully engrained in our minds and history. This exhibition encourages a conversation about taste – what it is and how it is established. You get to make choices and decide your own preferences in developing a taste for food as well as art.
