Non-profit Donation Requests

Boise Art Museum is happy to provide one-time admission passes to schools, community groups and registered non-profit organizations for fundraising purposes.  BAM receives many donation requests each fiscal year (May – April) and prioritizes requests from nonprofit organizations with an emphasis on the arts.  Schools and organizations may request a donation from BAM once per fiscal year.  While we would love to support every request we receive, BAM is a nonprofit organization and can only make a limited number of donations each fiscal year.

Please submit your request with the following information:

  • Organization Name
  • Contact Person
  • Mailing Address
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact Email
  • Fundraising Event and Date
  • Purpose and/or benefit of event

Requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made at least 30 days prior to your fundraising event.  No telephone inquiries, please.
