Please check this website often, as we will be adding and updating information on a regular basis. All communications regarding Art in the Park (AIP) will occur via email and this webpage. Jury notifications will be emailed in early May. If you have any questions regarding AIP, please check this webpage first. * Once accepted for participation, artists may request a double booth space. A maximum of 15% of spaces may be double booths due to ingress/egress requirements for emergency services and the challenging nature of the terrain in the park.

Art in the Park 2024 |
| Sunday, September 8 | Artist Booth Removal: 5:30 – 9:30 p.m., and online check-out begins (must be completed by no later than 3:00 p.m. Monday, September 9). |
Q: What health safety measures will be in place? A: BAM works with the City of Boise, and the Central District Health Department to ensure a safe event. BAM will share any arrangements made during the planning process with participants via email.
Q: When is the Deadline for Application? A: Completed applications are due Friday, March 22, 2024, midnight (MDT).
Q: When will I find out if I am accepted into the show? A: The jurying takes place in April, and announcements are made via email in early May.
Q: Can I pay my fees with a check? A: Checks are not accepted. Accepted forms of payment are debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only (no American Express).
Q: If I’m in the show, when do I get to pick out my booth location? A: We will post the booth map on this webpage in May, when notifications of the jury’s decisions are emailed to artist applicants. At that time, you will be able to request your preferred booth locations. While we do our best to accommodate artists’ preferences, we cannot guarantee requests will be granted.
Q: If I’m not accepted into the show, can I be placed on a waitlist? A: A waitlist is developed during the jurying process. You will be notified in May if you are on the waitlist. Vacancies due to cancellations are filled only from the waitlist. Artists who did not apply by the original deadline are not eligible.
Q: How do I apply to be an artist in next year’s Art in the Park? A: The application process begins in January each year. The online application will be available on this webpage. If you would like to be notified when the application process begins, please send your name and email address to AIP@boiseartmuseum.org.

- The Images, Agreement, and Payment form has multiple pages. Avoid using your browser’s “back” navigation. If you need to return to a previous step, instead use the “previous” button at the bottom of each page.
- If you do not receive an email confirmation shortly after payment of the application fee:
- Check your spam/junk mail folder. If there is no email, then:
- Check your banking information for a transaction for the $50 application fee:
- If no transaction is shown, re-submit the form ensuring all required fields are filled.
- If the transaction is shown, contact the Art in the Park
- If you still encounter issues, try using a different internet browser, or computer. Using a PC or laptop is preferable to mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets.
- You may review your application and images by logging in to the portal.
