Food Vendor Check-out

Food Vendor check-out begins 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 11th.
Deadline: Monday, September 12th, at 3:00 p.m.

If you submitted the eCheck Payment Authorization form in advance, click on “eCheck Final Accounting Form.” Otherwise, to pay with credit card, click on “Credit Card Final Accounting Form.”

2022 CALENDAR AND IMPORTANT DATES

Monday, March 21   |  Food vendor application available on this webpage
Friday, May 6 @ 5:00 p.m.   |  Deadline for food vendor application
Friday, May 20   |  Food vendors will be notified of acceptance or wait listing via e-mail
Wednesday, June 29   |  Signed contracts and concession fees due
Monday, August 1 @ 5:30 p.m.   |  Mandatory food vendor meeting
Wednesday, September 7  |  Food vendor registration and load-in. Must check in by 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 11  |  Booth removal begins no earlier than 6:00 p.m., and online check-out begins (must be completed by no later than 3:00 p.m. Monday, September 12). All equipment must be removed from the park by midnight.
